AdvantIDge offers a variety of plans in addition to supporting the manufacturer’s warranty for the professional products we support. Gold Support Plan²

  • Service requests receive the highest level of priority and will be responded same day; within two hours following the request.
  • One hour of remote training to be used at the client’s discretion during the course of the plan. Excellent for either start-up training or for new user support. (Valued at $195)
  • Free shipping on all repairs with shipping label provided via email for applicable requests.³
  • One (1) free basic maintenance/repair during the course of the plan on any current model printer. * (Valued at $295)
  • Receive telephone and e-mail support, with free remote assistance, when applicable.
  • Receive full support for all service requests with AdvantIDge acting as liaison for all requests that require manufacturer assistance.
  • Discounts and priority status on any other repairs required during the course of the plan and eligibility for rental services.

Cost: $600 per Client Plan

Silver Support Plan²

  • Service requests receive a higher level of priority and will be responded to same business day.
  • One hour of remote training to be used at the client’s discretion during the course of the plan. Excellent for either start-up training or for new user support. (Valued at $195)
  • Receive telephone and e-mail support, with free remote assistance, where applicable.
  • Discounts and upgraded status on any other repairs required during the course of the plan.

Cost: $400 per Client Plan

Standard Support

At AdvantIDge we care about the success of your ID card printing operation, and providing excellent customer service and support is important to us! We will provide domestic toll-free phone and email support during the life of ID card printing products which have been purchased from AdvantIDge, and we guarantee a basic level of support on all of the products we sell. We will work with you to fulfill on the manufacturer warranty whenever we can.
