Covid 19 Business Update

Updated Wednesday, May 13 at 10:30 am

As we adapt to the “new normal” caused by the Covid-19 crisis, it is clear that safety, security and trusted identities are more important than ever. Knowing who is entering your building, campus or facility, and implementing a screening process for coronavirus exposure is the expectation, not the exception.

In order to continue serving our clientele during this pandemic, we have adapted our work environment to keep each other safe and follow best practices while maintaining our core value of “finding a better way”. Additionally as stay-at-home orders are being lifted across the country, we are focused on helping our clients implement for safe-back-to-work procedures for the protection of employees, visitors and customers.

Following guidelines set by the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control, in addition to directives from local government and health boards, non-essential employees at ADVANTIDGE are now working remotely.

Through adaptive changes employing the use of cloud-based communication technology, our team is able to fully operate with our partners and suppliers to continue meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

We support critical infrastructure and other essential businesses.

As an official essential business vital to the support of other essential businesses, we have taken measures to ensure uninterrupted service and remain open during normal business hours from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time.

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has published guidelines outlining “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers” in the United States during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The guidelines identify, “workers who conduct a range of operations and services that are essential to continued critical infrastructure viability.” We want to assure our customers and partners that our operations are deemed essential business functions and will continue to operate to support your business needs.

Items available from our local inventory will continue to be processed same-day, and all inhouse support services will continue to be handled within one to two business days or as per the customer’s support plan subscription.

We are here to help you plan for the future, even in unprecedented times like these.

While supply chains have been disrupted, we have taken measures anticipating the needs of our clients across industries. Nonetheless, we strongly recommend our customers plan ahead to the next three to six months, placing orders in advance for supplies needed for important projects or to prepare for your eventual peak season.

For any items that support back-to-work safety, please be prepared for extended lead times as many of these items are difficult to keep on the shelf so we encourage advanced planning of at least one month out.

We are working to be more responsive than ever.

Because we take a consultative approach, we are working to be even more responsive to the questions and needs of our customers. We understand industries across the board, especially healthcare, first responders, communication technologies and manufacturers producing food and essential supplies, just to name a few, are all experiencing an overwhelming increase in demand for goods and/or services. Be assured we are ready to meet your urgent needs for identity management solutions, even if the need is down the road.

We will continue to update you.

We are constantly monitoring the latest news and the ever-changing requirements to combat the virus spread. We will continue to make updates here should anything shift.

Please contact us with any questions or support you may need. We are committed to finding a better way to the needs of our valued customers, along with our partners and suppliers especially during unprecedented challenges like these.

From our work family to yours, we wish you health and resilience.
