For over two decades, HID Global and ADVANTIDGE have partnered to offer services through the Corporate 1000 program that enable end-users to have chain-of-custody control for their prox iclass Seos credentials with assurance that credential numbers will not be duplicated. The popularity of the program made it necessary to introduce a new format that expands the number of customers we can service and increases the range of contactless credential numbers supported.
In 2015, HID introduced a new Corporate 1000 format referred to as “Corporate 1000 – 48”. All end-users who register for the Corporate 1000 program after February 2015 are issued a unique Company ID in the new Corporate 1000 – 48 format. A supplement to this notice is available to HID development partners so that the new format can be supported in their software and panels. Please consult your physical access control solution provider to ensure compatibility with this new format and to discuss configuration within your software.
The original 35-bit Corporate 1000 format will now be referred to as “Corporate 1000 – 35”. Those end-users who have been issued a unique Company ID in the Corporate 1000 – 35 format can continue to order HID smart contactless credentials without interruption or change. The introduction of the new format will not impact or affect customers who registered for the program under the original structure.
