We seek an experienced Manager that enjoys the challenge of growing a customer service driven organization. In this capacity, you will work alongside a dedicated CEO in an established b2B company that brings confidence to clients using security solutions used by many of the largest organizations in today’s economy. Your “Can Do” attitude and startup mentality will insure you are the right fit for our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Bring fresh leadership to our inhouse team, building loyalty & growth to existing accounts
  • Improve processes, create new opportunities & coach others for max productivity
  • Coordinate marketing to increase ecommerce sales, more inbound leads & brand identity
  • Monitor expenses to reduce waste and increase optimization of company dollars
  • Track and forecast operational trends for weekly meetings with CEO
  • Achieve growth in revenue and profitability using KPIs
  • Inspire employees to bring their best, be a champion for accountability and confidence
  • Become an integral part of personnel decisions with the goal of taking over hiring & terminations within 12 months.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in team management. Required.
  • Top candidates will have experience growing sales teams & modern day marketing
  • Strong people management skills with strategies that achieve win-wins
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong background with technology including CRM, Lead Gen & marketing automation
  • Management experience in the security industry, distribution sales, b2B and/or b2G sales should be highlighted in your cover letter.
