Magicard’s Tango+L ID card printer and laminator creates state-of-the-art access control for high security applications, such as IDs for government, airport, hospital and educational settings, as well as outdoor (construction and delivery), and transportation environments and highly secure employee ID badges.
The Tango+L is Ethernet ready and supports duplex printing in brilliant full or monochrome colors. Featuring magnetic stripe encoding, duplex lamination, a card reject tray and lamination film spools, the Magicard Tango+L is a fast and durable ID card printer. Further security features include a lockable card hopper and card stacker, which lock out all unauthorized users of your Magicard custom ID card printing equipment.
The Tango+L card printer and laminator is ready for any printer interface; use it with USB, parallel or Ethernet connections right out of the box. Like other great Magicard printers, the Tango+L features custom Holokote printing, which incorporates anti-counterfeiting Holokote watermarks and seals into your custom ID cards. Choose from standard Holokote keys, or incorporate your own custom design for a secure ID card printing system.
Magicard recommends the use of PVC polyester composite plastic ID cards. The Magicard Tango +L Laminator and card printer may also be used as a stand alone laminator. Options include magnetic stripe encoding, smart card and contactless smart card encoding, Holokote custom logos, and extended warranties. Ships with a 2-year warranty, and cleaning supplies.
Printer Specifications:
Print Method- Thermal transfer and dye sublimation on wax. Single and double-sided printing and lamination. Integrated card flipper turns cards over to enable double-sided printing and lamination (can also serve as a stand-alone lamination unit).
Print Speed- Print and laminate card (single-sided) between 36 and 55 secs depending on settings. Print and laminate card (double-sided) between 82 and 120 secs depending on settings.
