Magicard’s Tango 2e ID Card printer is fast, versatile and reliable, capable of meeting the demands of professional ID applications of any size. The Tango 2e is equipped for dual-sided printing, saving both time and resources by printing on both sides of an ID card at once, resulting in information placed on both the front and the back of your cards. The Tango 2e is ideal for a wide variety of ID card applications from membership cards and student IDs, to employee ID badges and more.
The Tango 2e is an extremely fast ID card printer, capable of printing full-color, edge-to-edge images on the front and a monochrome image on the back of an ID card in 28 seconds. For secure network operation the printer includes Ethernet connectivity, which allows access to multiple users from remote locations. The Tango 2e can apply Magicard’s patented HoloKote watermark during its normal print cycle. This secure watermark protects cards from counterfeiting, while also acting as a layer of protection against daily wear and tear. The Tango 2e offers options for magnetic stripe smart card, and contactless smart card encoding.
