Secure Access Control
Advantidge supports electronic access control systems to regulate your entire facility. As one of the top distributors for Keyscan, our access control systems satisfy a wide range of needs suitable for all budgets. Whether it’s to control one door in a single building or hundreds of doors in multiple buildings over a wide geographic area, a Keyscan system delivers reliability, functionality, and expandability for superior facility management.
A Keyscan system gives you complete access control 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 12 months of the year, regardless of whether your site consists of one building or many buildings. Not only does a Keyscan system let you control door, elevator, parking lot, or garage access, but it can be setup to let you monitor building maintenance systems and integrate with closed-circuit television systems.
Our systems are 100% reliable, they employ proven technologies and Keyscan’s experienced technical support staff is a phone call away to answer any questions or resolve any difficulties with direct support to their users.

Door Control
The prime purpose of an access control system is to regulate and monitor access at each door. From 24 hour access, to time-zone limited access, to no access, you set specific conditions that apply for each individual at every door. Allow office employees to enter via the lobby door after 8:00 a.m.; allow factory employees to enter via a side door after 7:00 a.m., and only if a supervisor has arrived. Set the lobby door to automatically unlock from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. allowing visitors unrestricted access to the reception area. In the event that staff is delayed by bad weather or an emergency Keyscan’s ‘First Person In’ feature keeps doors locked until an authorized individual has arrived to unlock the door.
You assign individuals to door groups based on access needs and security levels. For example, you might assign new employees to a group with access limited to weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., while you assign senior managers to a different group with 24 hour access. You have the flexibility to program all necessary conditions to enforce security. As well, the Keyscan software records all door activity giving you a complete audit trail, which can be quickly compiled into easy-to-read reports.

Please contact us for a custom quote to secure your facility. In most cases this will require an onsite visit with a tour of your facility, copies of building plans and a detailed list of specific security needs or concerns.
