The Magicard Rio Pro Xtended ID card printer efficiently produces secure extra-long oversized ID cards ideal for ticketing, accreditation and product labeling. The Rio Pro Xtended boasts fast print speeds in color standard mode, color fast mode and monochrome mode. A 100-card Xtended adjustable card feeder (3.4-5.5″ x 2.1″) and a 70-card output stacker (5.5″ x 2.1″) make batch printing easy and with both USB and Ethernet interfaces, it’s easy to incorporate the Rio Pro Xtended into a networked environment.

ID cards up to 110mm long can be printed in full colour using the doubleprinting mode and the printer can also handle pre-printed cards up to 140mm long, printing a CR80-sized (86mmx54mm) area in full colour in a single pass or an area up to 110x54mm with double-printing. In monochrome mode, the entire length of a 140mm by 54mm card can be printed. Features built-in USB and Ethernet connections and an adjustable card feeder, with Windows 7, XP and Vista (32/64 bit) compatibility. 50mm wide variant for product labeling. Comes with Standard HoloKote with the option to customise to an individual design. Superior print quality enabled by ICC profiles.

The Rio Pro Xtended comes with Magicard’s patented HoloKote security system, which creates Holopatch ID cards by printing a secure watermark across the surface of every plastic card at no additional cost. Also supported are the Custom HoloKote Key and HoloKote Flex. With the Custom Key you can use your own custom image or text as a watermark. HoloKote Flex allows you to print the custom watermark at any size or location across the surface of the card.

Visual security- A HoloKote security watermark can be printed across the card surface. When used with HoloPatch® cards, one area of the HoloKote watermark is highlighted as a high visibility security seal. A choice of 4 standard HoloKote designs and 1 standard HoloKote Flex design are selectable from the printer driver. For added security, the Custom HoloKote option (ordered separately) enables customisation of the watermark to an individual logo or security design.
