Category One Terms Account: Pre-Approved Customers
Customers pre-approved for credit terms are the following:

• Fortune1000 Companies
• Government organizations (city, county/parish, state, or federal)
• Public Institutions (school districts, two and four-year institutions)

Customers who fit this category do not need to submit a credit application – simply order online and FAX a copy of your purchase order to us at 310-531-8516. We will accept most purchase orders from customers in this category. However, we reserve the right to request further documentation depending on the size of your order. Customers in this category are also still subject to our credit review and approval processes based on information provided by Dun & Bradstreet.

Category Two Terms Account: Companies Listed With Dun & Bradstreet
If your company is listed with Dun & Bradstreet (www.dnbi.com), you will receive credit line as recommended by DNBi upon request. If you would like to be set up for terms account, please notify us when you are ready to place your first order so that we can establish a terms account for you. You may then place your order by sending your purchase order by EMAIL or FAX at 310-531-8516 for immediate processing. If your order exceeds the recommended credit from DNBi, we may request payment for the balance by credit card or company check.

Leasing
Advantidge is committed to making your new ID system purchase affordable but understand that many companies don’t have the funds available for making necessary purchases with us.We have a 10 year relationship with one of the country’s top business leasing providers to offer our clients with monthly payment options from one to five years. Qualifying is fast, usually less than 24 hours and easy with a simple application below. Once your estimate has been created, we can send you a lease quote displaying all the options for lease programs and terms to figure out which one works best for you. Credit Card Policy

Due to the increased levels of credit card fraud on the internet and the extraordinary levels of fraud seen in our industry, we have implemented the strictest rules on credit card acceptance. We are a B2B company and recognize that credit card payment is a popular option for our business clients. We will verify your complete account information at the time of sale and keep this information on file for future payments. However in addition to meeting address verification requirements above, we may not process your credit card orders if you use a generic email account (i.e. yahoo, msn, gmail, etc.).

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience from our policies, however we expect to be the leaders within our industry in protecting cardholders and preventing future identity fraud victims. We also cooperate with Local and Federal authorities to prosecute every incident of credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.

Return Policy

All sales are final for new customers and system purchases. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to issue Return Authorizations for Credit to ongoing customers after all steps have been taken to provide multi level support. Returns must be in original packaging and in brand new resellable condition. The following items will be rejected for return: used equipment, returns without approved RA, all software, returns with opened packaging. All authorized returns will be subject to a 10-25% restocking fee, in the event that the above conditions are met.

Repairs Policy

All equipment repairs come with 30 day warranty. If any issues related to original work are detected within 30 days of repair completion, please notify us immediately so that we can reopen your repair case. If issue is found to be new, unrelated matter to original work we will charge as a separate repair order.

Fargo’s UltraCard Premium Poly-PVC cards, are the preferred ID card for High Definition Printing. These cards are extremely durable with a clean, glossy dye receptive surface.

Ultracard Premium cards do not fluoresce, making them the ideal cards for fluorescent panel printing applications, and new packaging has been designed with the Fargo branding removed, so these cards can now be used with any card printer on the market.

 There are two 2 types of magnetic stripe cards: high coercivity (HiCo) and low coercivity (LoCo). Usually low coercivity magnetic stripes are brown, while high coercivity stripes are almost black. HiCo cards are more reliable than LoCo cards, as their magnetic layer is denser and much less susceptible to stray field erasure from magnets, making them a better solution for those cards which are frequently used and/or require a longer life. Low coercivity stripes are easily damaged by even brief contact with magnets and are used for low value or low usage applications. Virtually all bank cards and government ID cards today are encoded on high coercivity striped cards.
