The Pebble4 Entry Level ID Card System is the perfect production system for any kind of single-sided ID card printing of plastic ID cards, including creating photo ID cards, membership, loyalty cards, phone cards, cards with barcodes and scratch off panels and more.

The Evolis Pebble4 is capable of printing 150 full color, and an amazing 1000 monochrome cards per hour, and is equipped with the Evolis Ribbon Saver for monochrome printing, a system in which only the ribbon length that corresponds to the length of the image to be printed is used. This allows the doubling, or even the tripling of the capacity of your monochrome ribbons, which reduces the cost of each card, a feature unique to the Evolis Pebble4 card printer!

The detachable card feeder on the Evolis Pebble4 allows the stocking of several card feeders at once, with different card backgrounds and/or thicknesses, so production won’t have to be stopped in order to change an empty feeder for a full one. Built to withstand large-volume card issuance programs, the Pebble4 has an automatic integrated cooling system, and an ergonomic clamshell design, which allow easy access to all maintenance functions. The Pebble4 comes with Evolis’ three year printhead warranty. Use with any TWAIN compliant photo ID camera.
