EasyLobby Satellite Software

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012

EasyLobby SVM Satellite is used to control and monitor entry and exit at one or more internal locations or “check points” for visitors who have already been given an ID badge at an SVM workstation at the main lobby, visitor center or guard gate.

Upon arrival at a Satellite station the visitor badge is scanned (via barcode) and the Satellite station displays the visitor’s photo, name and clearance level while immediately informing the operator of the visitor’s entry status, whether to allow the visitor into that area or whether to deny entry. The clearance level is assigned to each visitor when they are badged by SVM Secure Visitor Management Software. Satellite time stamps the visitor’s entry and exit at that station via barcode scan, proximity card, or magnetic stripe read. Customers must purchase 1 copy of Satellite for each location where this type of internal control and monitoring is desired.

Satellite does not have the ability to create new visitor records, to modify existing records, or to print ID badges; it is a supplement to be used with the SVM security architecture and is not a substitute for SVM Visitor Management software.

Minimum System Requirements:
• Pentium IV processor
• Windows XP Windows 7 or Windows Vista
• 512MB of RAM
• 100MB of free disk space

Databases Supported:
• Microsoft Desktop Engine (MSDE)
• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 Express
• Microsoft SQL Server (2000, 2005 or 2008)
• Oracle (9i or higher)

EasyLobby eAdvance Software

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012

Prior to access of premises, many organizations today require that visitor registration be fulfilled by an employee. This policy of pre-visitor registration not only enhances the security of the facility, but also further streamlines the process of checking in visitors and issuing ID badges. In a busy lobby, using visitor registration can greatly reduce visitor check-in time and lobby congestion.

eAdvance is a web-based application tightly integrated with SVM Secure Visitor Management which enables any authorized employee to complete visitor registration over the internet or intranet. The employee simply logs onto the eAdvance web server (which can be located at your site or /hosted for you by EasyLobby), and fills out a simple visitor registration information form. No knowledge of how to use SVM is required, and no training of employees is necessary.

Upon the completion of visitor registration, the pre-registered guest arrives for their appointment, the receptionist or guard can simply scan their license or quickly consult an on-screen list of pre-registered visitors, then with one mouse click check the visitor in and print an ID badge using a professional ID card system.

eAdvance Features:

  • Returning visitor lookup
  • Email confirmations (to host employee and visitor)
  • Password management
  • Rules-based approval by a manager
  • Group pre-registration
  • Web-based employee list/access management

Minimum System Requirements:
• Microsoft
• Windows
• Server (2000, 2003, or 2008)

• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 Express
• Microsoft SQL Server (2000, 2005 or 2008)
• Oracle (9i or higher)

Licensing Terms::
eAdvance is licensed on a per web server basis. With a single license any or all employees or tenants can be authorized for visitor registration and can pre-register over the internet or intranet from their own computer.

Hosting Option:
