We are a school photography company, so for about 3 months (Aug-Oct), we are beating on our ID card printers, outputting 50,000 color cards in a short period of time. This year, was especially brutal. Some of our older printers started acting up part of the way through the season (not to the fault of Advantidge, these printers are over 10 years old and have been abused), one call to them and we had 4 loaner printers show up at our door the next day. Could not have asked for better service. We supply many of our accounts with materials to make replacement cards. One email to Advantidge and they will see that our clients have the supplies they need the next day. They keep them on file and know our clients by name. Don’t order your printers or supplies online from some faceless company. You may not think you need the attention to detail that Advantidge will give you, until its too late. As the high school kids who we print the ID cards of would say “Advantidge is the Bomb!”
